Trinew Ointment belongs to the group of medicines called ‘antibiotics’ used to treat bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, infected cuts and abrasions, infected eczema and contact dermatitis. Trinew Ointment contains ‘Sodium fusidate’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, Trinew Ointment helps in treating skin infections. Trinew Ointment is indicated for treating and prophylaxis of skin infections caused by Staphylococcus bacteria. 

  • Clean and dry the affected area before application.
  • Apply a thin layer of Trinew 2% Ointment to the infected area.
  • Cover with a sterile dressing if necessary. Use 2-3 times daily.
